Homemade Sauerkraut


Sauerkraut has amazing health benefits! As long as it's raw...
-probiotics that help your digestive and immune systems.
-fights cancer cell growth
- protects arteries
- heals peptic ulcers
- contains natural and live enzymes

Here's how you do it:
1. Chop cabbage finely ( and any other veggies you want to add)

2. Layer in jar with (with latch lid) along with sea salt.
3. Once filled with veggies, add water to 1inch of top.
4. Lay a piece of cabbage on top to press the veggies below water.
Allow it to sit and ferment about 1 week at room temperature.
