Monday Monday..


Back to work today! Mondays can be great for hitting that reset button! How can you feed yourself well this week? Plan ahead! Being yourself a nice lunch to work, use leftovers to make a beautiful veggie bowl. Eat colors, drink water, drink tea, avoid sugar, meditate or rest your mind 10 minutes a day.its going to be a great week!!
